Titanium White (100g) – by Sugar Crafty
This food grade powder is fat soluble and can lighten and whiten chocolate, edible paint, fondant, modelling paste, and other foods. It has no taste and is a great white pigment.
Use a small amount to balance the natural yellowish tinge of white chocolate, or larger amounts for a brighter effect.
The bottle is resealable, but best kept in an airtight container to prolong its effectiveness and avoid clumping.
