Class runs from 10am to 4pm and lunch is provided.

What to Bring
Just bring yourself, some closed-toe shoes, and a camera (if you want!). Lunch, snacks, and tea/coffee will be provided.
Location and Getting Here
Sharon’s cake decorating studio is located in her home in Mascot, Sydney. The exact location will be given after booking as it’s a private address.
Mascot station is around a 15-20 minute walk away along Coward Street in good weather with no major slopes or hills.
Buses run along nearby streets but we’d recommend taking the train if you need to carry your cake back.
Uber is more reliable than taxis in our area especially if travelling a short distance.
We are a short drive from the airport but traffic can be heavy and classes can run overtime depending on various factors. Please take this into account if you need to book a flight. If you need a hotel recommendation please email us for more information.
If you are travelling, we may be able to offer assistance and pickup from the airport, local hotels, or the station. Please inquire before making any plans if you think this will be necessary as we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
About the Instructor
Sharon Wee is a cake decorator based in Mascot, Sydney, Australia. She has a home-based studio which is where she hosts her Sydney classes in a comfortable and welcoming environment. She has experience teaching cake decorating all over the world, to students of many different backgrounds and cultures, in many different climates with all kinds of tools and supplies. While she used to handle orders for clients, these days she prefers to teach cake decorating instead.
