FONDUST by Roxy & Rich is a water-soluble colour dust that can be used directly in food. It can be used to colour fondant, sugar work, almond paste, royal icing, buttercream, cake or cookie mix, candy, and many other things (except pure chocolate).
The thing we love most about these powdered colours is that unlike many gel pastes or liquid colours it does not change the final consistency of your fondant. It blends in beautifully without leaving any solid specks of colour. Check the video below to see how easily it works.

For maximum colour intensity, you can knead up to 3 grams of dust into 1 kg of fondant. Food with other colour additives (such as titanium dioxide white pigment) may need more to achieve the same result.
