Black edible marker
This Americolor black edible marker is the best one we have used in the market. Many other markers are blunt or don’t have enough ink but these ones have strong ink and mark well without much pressure.
Although we recommend using the marker on fondant that is firm/dry, it is possible to use these markers on fresh fondant if you are gentle. We’ve had these markers for years and if they are kept well (capped immediately after each use) they last!
