How much is shipping?
Australia: We send all orders at a flat rate of $8.25.
Orders over $80 qualify for free shipping Australia-wide!
Overseas: Shipping is based on costs from our provider DHL eCommerce. It includes a base rate then charge per gram.
What is the price in my local currency?
Although we only charge in Australian Dollars (AUD), we have a currency selector at the top of the site. You can use it to get an estimate in British Pounds or US Dollars. If you’d like to check another currency, you can use google for an estimate. For example, to checks Euros you can write “35 AUD in EUR”.
Please be aware that the final amount you pay will still rely on the exchange rate and any additional fees applied by your financial provider.
Can you send my order using different options or services?
Our shipping prices are based on standard service rates. This means regular Parcel Post for Australia, which is not express and does not request a signature. Such services typically cost extra. For international customers we use DHL eCommerce Packet Plus which includes tracking and handover to your local postal service for final delivery.
If you make a request outside of our regular options after purchasing there may be a delay in shipping your order as we will have to contact you to clarify what you want, and arrange payment for the additional extra cost if necessary.
Can I add a note for the postal worker?
Most postal services take any comments as suggestions only because their workers must follow standard procedure. We will do our best to read and pass on any comments but can offer no guarantee they will be followed.
I didn't get a confirmation email?
Please check your spam box and also confirm that your payment has completed fully.
If you’re waiting for a download, link the link will also appear immediately in your browser after payment and in your account details page under Downloads.

How do I track my order?
You should receive an email notifying you about the tracking number when we send it but please email us if you are concerned.

International deliveries are sent with DHL eCommerce which uses a combination of DHL’s network and local postal services for the final delivery. You can track your order with with DHL eCommerce here:
How long does shipping take?
We do our best to ship on the same day we get the order, but sometimes we’ll send it the next day depending on the timing of the order.
Estimates for delivery times are below. Please remember that after we hand over the parcel to the shipping company we have no control over any further delays and so the times below are estimates only. In particular, international orders can sometimes be delayed at customs for processing. If your order has not arrived and the tracking hasn’t updated lately please let us know so we can lodge an enquiry.
Australian orders: We use Australia Post’s regular parcel service and ship from Mascot, Sydney postcode 2020. If you’d like to estimate delivery time please use the Australia Post postage calculator. If your order is urgent please get in touch and we may be able to arrange express post.
International orders: We use DHL eCommerce, which uses DHL’s network for part of the delivery before handing it over to your local postal service for final delivery in your country. Please take this into account if you have reliability issues with your local postal service.
Transit time estimates are below, split by zone. Please note that counting should start the day after we hand over the parcel and only includes business days and that the estimates are not guarantees.
Zone 1 (New Zealand): 3-5 business days
Zone 2 (Asia/Oceania): 5-12 business days
Zone 3 (Western Europe): 5-9 business days
Zone 4 (USA/Canada): 7-9 business days
Zone 5 (rest of world): 9-14 business days
I ordered a tutorial and can't find it
All orders are accessible in your account section after logging in, linked under Downloads
If you made an order on our old website (prior to March 2019) it should have been migrated with a placeholder account. Please try to reset your password using the email address you used for the order first.
If you manage to log in and it is still missing please use this request previous purchase page, or if you continue to have trouble or checked out as a guest then email us with your order details so we can help.
My discount coupon is not working
Some coupons have an expiration or usage date so please check that. If your coupon was valid on our old website (issued prior to March 2019) then in most cases it will have been migrated.

Can you send me a list of all your classes?
I'm attending a class, can I pick up some items?
Yes! If you’re booking a class then please feel free to add other items to your cart. We will assume you want to pick them up in class and hold them for you, but will email you to confirm. You will not need to pay shipping in this case.
Where are you located?
Sharon Wee Creations from a home based studio in Mascot near the corner of Coward and Sutherland Streets. It is around a 1.5km (20 minute) walk from Mascot station, and there are various bus routes nearby. Street parking is widely available in the area too.
We are not open to the public without appointment. If you have booked a class, you’ll be given the exact address prior to the date.
