Alice in Wonderland Inspiration

The choices are endless (and sometimes overwhelming) with a theme such as Alice in Wonderland. The idea is to choose a few colours you love and roll with it. I’m more of a pastel girl myself, so here is an inspiration board based around a pale pink ‘Tea Party’.

Images 1,2,3 & 8 are from Amy Atlas. A gorgeous clock as the centrepiece and whimsical party treats surrounding the stunning tea pot cake in the centre. I also love Sharon Wee’s Jug pouring cake as featured in No. 4!

Image 5 is a cute teapot vase from Lark for a splash of carnations or roses. Even simple antique tea cups with little cupcakes inside is a super cute touch (image 6 by Ngoc Minh Ngo) or the gorgeous pastel layer cake (image 9) from Martha Stewart. Little animal teacups I found on Pinterest (image 7) are created by imm Living and are lovely for the adults to sip tea whilst watching the kids get lost in Alice’s Wonderland! Enjoy!

I can tell from a distance that you are really hard working and you deserve your success! God bless you for even more victories!

I would kindly would like to ask you how you use to price your 3D cakes?
    thank you once more

    1. Hey Iva,

I price by the hour so when I look at 3D cakes I work out roughly how long it will take me and them multiply that by my hourly rate and then add all the ingredients on top of that. Hope that helps and I’m glad you enjoyed the book 🙂
